By accessing or using Ad Research ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ad Research is a Google Ads reporting and analytics platform that provides:

  • Automated Google Ads performance reports
  • Campaign analytics and insights
  • Scheduled email reporting
  • Multi-account management capabilities
  • Historical performance data analysis

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • Free Trial: Limited access to evaluate the Service
  • Advertiser Plan (£29/month): Individual use with standard features
  • Enterprise Plan (£99/month): Advanced features and multi-account support

4.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law
  • Free trial can be cancelled without charge

5. Google Ads Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Ads through official Google APIs. You acknowledge that:

  • You must have valid Google Ads accounts to use reporting features
  • We access your Google Ads data solely for reporting purposes
  • We do not modify or delete your Google Ads campaigns
  • Google's Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Ads data
  • You can revoke our access to your Google Ads data at any time

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to compete with or harm our business
  • Share or redistribute reports without proper authorization
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits as determined by us

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ad Research and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You retain ownership of your Google Ads data
  • We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and reports format
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission
  • All trademarks are property of their respective owners

8. Data Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Update features and functionality
  • Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

We are not liable for any service interruptions, but we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GOOGLE ADS API AVAILABILITY OR ACCURACY
  • YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any third-party rights
  • Your Google Ads data or account activities

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • By You: Cancel your subscription at any time
  • By Us: For violation of Terms, non-payment, or other reasons
  • Effect: Access ends, but these Terms survive termination as applicable
  • Data: We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination

13. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from these Terms:

  • First, contact us to try to resolve the issue informally
  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court
  • UK law governs these Terms
  • Jurisdiction is in England and Wales

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
